TARRIF

Our tariffs include government taxes and breakfast. For extra meals and services, kindly email info@airportviewhotels.com

BILL SETTLEMENTS

Guests are always required to make full payment being 100% of their room tariffs before or on arrival. Individual cheques are not accepted on our premises. Bank transfer payment is allowed 14 days prior to arrival

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

All our cherished guests are required to present a valid governmental identification in order to be eligible for a check in. Check In time is 2pm GMT(UTC). Check Out time is 12pm GMT(UTC). Late Check-outs will attract a fee. If your late Check-Out exceeds 6pm GMT(UTC) time, you shall pay a for a night. On failure to move out, management shall reserve the right to move the guest and his/her belongings from the room.

STORAGE OF LUGGAGES

The Hotel shall store luggages of our cherished guests upon availability of storage space. The luggages shall not be stored for a period exceeding 15days. We shall not be liable for losses or damages.

GUEST BELONGINGS

Room safes and door locks are provided for each room to protect the belongings of our guests. Our cherished guests are responsible for all valuables in their room. Management shall not be liable to any damages caused to the guests’ belongings due to theft or pilferage.

PETS

No pets are allowed.

HAZARDOUS GOODS

Bringing goods and/or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited.
The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests’ own negligence and nonobservance of any instructions.
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

DAMAGES

All guests shall be responsible for use of in-room and Hotel amenities and therefore shall replenish any damage or losses caused by them or any person for whom they are responsible.

NO SMOKING ROOM

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms, the hotel has designated a place comfortable for our guests who smoke, a fee of $100 will be chargeable when found smoking in the room.

ACCESSIBILITY

Kindly contact the Hotel in case you have any disability prior to your booking.

RIGHTS OF MANAGEMENT

It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the Hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her without a refund.

OWNERSHIP

Management reserves the right to own any part of the Hotel. No guest is allowed to use any part of the Hotel for commercial purposes or any event without authorization by the Hotel.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS

Photographs and videos taken at our property for commercial purposes without a written permission is illegal. Individuals caught in such act or related act shall and will be prosecuted.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 5 years stay for free. Children below 12 years pay half price.

EXTRA BED POLICY

Extra beds will attract a fee. Guests are not allowed to bring their own beds.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All guests have the right to reserve a room at Airport View Hotel either through a phone call, email or the provided booking engine on our website. All guests can cancel their reservations 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid payment of the first nights room charge. Late cancellations will attract 50% of the room night charge.

NO SHOW POLICY

The Hotel shall charge 100% of the entire stay on no shows

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

The Hotel expects all guests to comply with Covid-19 measures at the property for their own safety.

ROOM SERVICE

The hotel operates a 24hour room service for all guests with specific room service menus provided in the rooms. Any other menu items are to be served in the outlets.

COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES

Breakfast, free shuttle to and from the airport, free Wi-Fi services, free use of our swimming pool and the gym for in-house guests.
